SHIPPING + RETURNS
We’re so glad you’re here — and we can’t wait for you to experience Orvos Skin Science. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you and what to do if it’s not quite the right fit.
SHIPPING DETAILS
We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service), and most packages will arrive within 7–10 business days after your order is placed. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package as it makes its way to your doorstep.
International orders may take longer to arrive depending on your country’s customs and postal processes. Timing varies, but rest assured — we’ll provide a tracking number for every shipment.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
We really hope you love your Orvos products, but if something’s not right, we totally understand. Most skincare products take a few weeks of routine application to see the benefits, so be patient! If you are experiencing an adverse reaction to any of our products (i.e. allergy), please contact us immediately.
You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return for a full refund.
Here’s how it works:

U.S. customers: We’ll cover the return shipping — just contact us, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

International customers: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, but we’ll guide you through the process.
Once we receive the product in its original condition, we’ll process your refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PACKAGING
If your order arrives with packaging that’s clearly damaged or defective, email us at support@orvosskinscience.com with a few clear photos or a short video so we can assess the issue.
If we confirm the defect, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. You won’t need to return the damaged product.
